There’s a Dottie Collection! Get the whole set (4 patterns for 17$) by clicking here. You’ll receive Mini Dottie, Dottie & Dottie Hat immediately and the 4th piece in February. This listing is for Mini Dottie only! Click here for a Video Tutorial for the Textured Dot along with some colorwork tips.

Dottie, downsized: just like the adult version, this seamless, top-down, yoked pullover pairs colorwork with textured sprinkled dots throughout. Pair high or low contrast colors using the same yarns or add even more surface interest by harmonizing two different fibers as shown here in the mini versions. Instructions for both Short & Long Sleeves are included. Baby sizes feature instructions for neckline buttonhole for easy on & off. This pattern is written for intermediate level knitters already comfortable with stranded colorwork & following instructions at the same time; stitch pattern is both written and charted. Click here to view my Textured Dot Tutorial and see why I'm obsessed!

Sizing: As in the adult version, Dottie is designed with extra positive ease. Use the "To Fit" chest measurement to determine which size is best; age-sizing is a suggestion and should be used only when measurements are not available. Also like the original, Dottie is cropped. For a longer sweater, be sure to get extra yarn; pattern includes sizing note on where to add length. This tutorial can help you figure out how much yarn to add.
