This is the original sample of the Stranded Newsie from Knits for Boys. It has never been worn, outside of modeling. It is knit with a soft, lightweight 100% merino and finished off with a small brim. This hat is size Child and fits smaller adult heads as well.

We do have a non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog but she’s not allowed near the knits :) Each sample has been worn at least once for modeling but is in excellent condition unless noted otherwise. Generally, the price of the sample doesn’t actually cover the cost of the materials (yarn!) that were used to create it, as I use only high quality materials.
