Pattern PDFs are sent automatically within minutes after purchase from help at kateoatesdesign dot com.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and within that e-mail, there is a clickable link for each pattern (or e-book) which expires 24 hours after you click.  This is a separate e-mail from your paypal receipt and will come from help at kateoatesdesign dot com. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see your order confirmation.  Contact us if you have any trouble accessing your purchase! if you create an account with us, you will be able to see your order history and access all patterns purchased at any time.

please note that purchasing from kateoatesdesign.com does not include pattern delivery to your Ravelry library, unless you have signed up for a besties subscription. if you would rather have a pattern in your library, please purchase directly from my ravelry shop.

Returns Policy
downloadable patterns are non-refundable. This policy is simply due to the nature of electronic delivery. we try our best to include detailed pattern information in every listing. unopened and unused purchased from the katy lin boutique may be returned within 30 days of purchase upon request with shipping costs the responsibility of the consumer.

Shipping
When you place an order for physical products, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. if you are purchasing multiple items, the calculator does not always do a great job accurately representing the weight. be assured that if we are able to combine orders, we will refund excess shipping charges. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight and package size-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. if we find that our calculator was inaccurate and shipping costs are not covered, we will reach out to you to see if you would like to be invoiced for the additional cost or if you would like to cancel your order. we do our absolute best to avoid this but in order to make worldwide shipping accessible, sometimes it is necessary!
