Shipping

for everyone: all orders $100+ receive free shipping up to $20. all shipping costs are are based on the precise dimensions and weight for each item in your shipment. I am not out to profit on your shipping fee! however, the shipping calculator is not always correct so….
International customers: please note that your shipping rate is an estimate based on countries that are farthest away from my shipping location; if there is an overage, you will be automatically refunded excess shipping costs (including the $20 credit for applicable orders). feel free to contact me if you’d like an actual shipping estimate for your order prior to purchase. use either of the buttons above or below to send me a note.
US customers: sometimes the shipping calculator overestimates your cost as well! you can be assured that as soon as I print your label, I will also automatically refund excess charges.

boutique policies

defective products (or products damaged by mail)

if you receive a defective item, please immediately contact me (buttons above & below) so that I can send you a new product. you must report a defective item within 2 weeks of item delivery. when you e-mail me, be sure to describe the issue in detail and send images. if your box/package arrives in poor condition, please photograph that before opening as well. depending on the defect, I may choose to provide you with a shipping label to send it back. either way, there will be no cost to you for a defective product situation!

what if I don’t like it?

if you have purchased an item at full price and you don’t love it, you have 30 days within receipt to contact me (buttons above and below) and request a return. for a product to be returnable, it must be unopened, unworn and in brand new condition. you will be provided with a shipping address to send your item back: shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. destash & sale items are not returnable. you will have the opportunity to exchange your item for any other shop item and your shipping fees to send the new items will be paid for by the boutique; I will immediately pull the items you’d like to exchange for from my inventory and will ship them as soon as your return item(s) are received. If you do not wish to exchange at this time, you will be issued a store credit for the total price you paid, minus any shipping charges (if applicable).
