This hat combines a sweet girly ruffle, and a beret style for a poofy Miss Muffet outcome. An eyelet round keeps the ribbon in place, and allows the cap a perfect (adjustable) fit! Sized for a looser fit for bonnet effect. Size down if you prefer a snug fit, or want to exclude use of ribbon. This design is also included in the Topped for Another Year collection.
