These patterns are designs for adults (and some include children's sizes too!) originally published under the When I Grow Up pattern line. The formatting has not yet been updated to match the Kate Oates style but if it is in the future, you will receive the newer version at that time.  Don't forget that many of the hats in the Tot Toppers line include adult sizes as well and are even shown on adult models.
