this retreat is limited to 15 guests: only a couple slots are left so get one while you can

i have created this getaway to be small & exclusive so that we can share common areas in the same home, while also having plenty of room to relax in each of our own personal spaces. i want to foster community and embrace the needs of each guest’s unique personality. everyone has their own bed and we will not be using any of the house’s common-area pull-out beds, or even the bed in the home’s “game room”, as I want my guests to enjoy luxurious surroundings at all times. the retreat overview is below. after you’ve given it a glance, click on the buttons above to read all the fab details including the full itinerary including additional retreat basics, the accommodations including travel and climate info & the policies including links to travel insurance if you need it.

what could be more delightful than spending a beachfront 5-night long winter weekend in a mild climate with knitting workshops, local artisans, a day in charleston with a brilliantly talented on-site dyer amidst delicious meals and great company?

“nothing could be finer than to be in carolina in the {winter} moooooorning!”

Check in: 5pm, february 6, 2025
check out: 9am, february 11, 2025
location: beachfront, luxurious & updated home on Isle of palms, south carolina
special guest: dianne brown of suburban stitcher
workshops with local artisans: corey alston, sweetgrass weaver & indigo dyer kristy bishop
transportation: guests will arrive and depart from retreat on their own; all transportation during the retreat is provided
pricing: this 5 night retreat is priced based on your bed/room choice. your Fee is just shy of all-inclusive with the only exceptions being that each guest will grab their own dinner on their way in on february 6 (guests are also welcome to eat in the retreat home, order dinner in, or head out after check-in if preferred) and be responsible for their lunches each day—there are a variety of walkable restaurants in addition to plenty that deliver to the retreat home and recommendations will be provided) along with any alcoholic beverages. we will have a few provided cocktails & toasts—bloody marys with our welcome brunch & monday mimosas (southern morning treats!) as well as a celebratory champagne toast on our final evening together.
food: charleston is a foodie town and we are making the most of it! during the retreat, a variety of meals will be provided—both in and out of our home. i’m bringing in a professional chef for a couple of meals & our dinner out in the city is at a private venue so that we can be all kinds of pampered. guests will be asked to share any food allergies or dietary restrictions after registration so that I can be sure to take care of you during each provided meal. in addition to breakfasts and dinners, snacks and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the retreat.
